Network Science: A new method for investigating the complexity of musical experiences in the brain

Music, while universal in the human experience, has different levels of compositional complexity. The study examines how brain connectivity is affected by different genres of music (country, classical, rock, rap, and unfamiliar.

This project is funded by the Music Research Institute at the Universtiy of North Carolina Greensboro, The Center for Biomolecular Imaging at WFSM and Wake Forest School of Medicine
